RETURN & REFUND POLICY

1. Right of Withdrawal / Returns

Customers located in the EU/EEA have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, unless exemptions under applicable law apply.

2. Return Conditions

Returned items must:

  • be unused or only reasonably inspected
  • be in original condition
  • include original packaging where applicable

We reserve the right to reduce refunds if returned products show signs of unnecessary use or damage.

3. Return Shipping

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

We recommend using tracked shipping, as customers remain responsible for returned goods until received.

5. Refunds

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, refunds will be processed without undue delay and normally within 14 days.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Shipping charges may be non-refundable where permitted by law.

7. Non-Returnable Items

Certain products may not qualify for return where permitted by law, including:

  • sealed goods opened after delivery where hygiene or safety rules apply
